What is Solonix.one?

Solonix.one is a new financial website, which is a crypto CFD broker, it was opened in November 2025, but does not have a broker license and audience reach.

We personally studied the official registry of domain information WHOIS, the domain solonix.one was created on November 16, 2025 — data about the owner is missing, additionally Cloudflare is used for confidentiality and speed.

From our personal experience it is worth being cautious about young websites of crypto brokers without a serious license.

Solonix.one Regulatory Information

The broker Solonix.one has a branched structure which for beginners will be difficult to understand, possibly this is done with the goal to lull vigilance and create an appearance of legitimacy, but we will clarify the main nuances.

On its website in the footer the broker indicates that it is a trading brand of DTG Ventures FZCO registered in Dubai under the number 62591, and is managed by a company from El Salvador Digital Trading Group of Central America S.A..

According to the official registry of El Salvador the company is registered on 2025-09-09 as a private provider of digital assets. In the registry it is directly indicated, that it cannot offer full-fledged broker services and trading of CFD on currencies and other types of markets.

Extract from the official CNAD registry of El Salvador with restrictions on the Solonix operator license

In accordance with data of registries and our analytics of the structure of Solonix.one, the platform has only a new offshore crypto-license, in practice this means a complete absence of regulation and protection of clients in case of force majeures.

A Salvadoran or offshore license does not give the right to provide financial/broker services in other states without permission of the local regulator, namely:

  • In Great Britain to legally attract Britons, a license of FCA is needed.
  • In the European Union authorization of regulators of the EU (BaFin, CySEC, KNF etc.) or observance of the directive MiCA is mandatory.
  • In the USA a license of SEC/CFTC is mandatory (only a registration of FinCEN MSB is not enough for broker trading) and in general CFD-brokers are forbidden.

Solonix and its managing companies do not have licenses from regulators of the first level, in Russia the activity of the platform is also forbidden by decrees of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, these facts cause serious concerns regarding the broker.

Checking in Opencorporates

In 2026 our team of OSINT-analysts relies on various tools, specialists checked the important and large registry of legal companies opencorporates.com.

We searched in the database by requests Solonix.one and Digital Trading Group of Central America S.A — they are not entered into the international registry of legitimate firms and the results as seen on the screenshot are zero.

Account Types

Solonix.one offers 3 different trading accounts: Standard, Gold and Institutional.

Account Types

All types of accounts state the following services:

  • Free opening of an account.
  • Access to the browser Webtrader of the broker.
  • Passing of standard KYC verification.
  • Support by email.

The difference of the tariffs consists in the size of commissions, the quality of support and access to tools. The main differences:

  • Trading commission in the basic tariff Standard is 5 USDc per $100k of turnover, in the tariff Gold commissions for a deal are absent (only market spread), and in Institutional conditions are individual.
  • The level of support grows: from basic support by email in Standard to a dedicated support team 14/5 in Gold and a personal manager in Institutional.
  • Basic charts in Standard are replaced by advanced charts and indicators in Gold.
  • Priority execution of orders and expanded settings of security are stated only starting from the tariff Gold.
  • Professional functions, such as access to API-trading, over-the-counter trading (OTC), multi-accounts (sub-accounts), individual reports and compliance-support, are available exclusively in the tariff Institutional.

On the website are not mentioned details about the minimal deposit, spreads and other commissions during trading, information about a demo-account is also hidden. But there is a note that if the minimal deposit of the first tariff is too big then a version Lite is offered, conditions are not revealed.

In the course of our testing of the trading terminal client.solonix.one we found out that the threshold of the minimal deposit makes 100 dollars, a demo-account is not provided, the system asks immediately to pass KYC and replenish the deposit for unlocking of trading.

Commissions and trading costs

The network and broker solonix.one charge a 7% commission for depositing cryptocurrency, according to our test.

On the website this fee is not advertised. Methods of financing turn out to be untransparent.

Trading costs of the platform are not fully revealed publicly. The broker works on its internal closed market with cryptocurrency without access to international markets (B-book model), and offers Crypto CFDs earning on spreads and losses of clients, but this is not reported directly anywhere, complicating comparison with other companies.

But having created a test account we found out some details about the fees, many of them are set manually and do not demonstrate automation as usually happens in this sphere.

AccountStructure
Standard30 pips
Gold25 pips
InstitutionalStrongly reduced spreads

A common mistake of beginners is to think that 30 pips is acceptable, actually the platform in general does not have a license for trading CFD-Forex and currency, and 30 pips is a commission mathematically doomed to loss of the deposit, but it is manually set on all currency pairs available in the terminal, for example EUR/RUB and others.

Moreover, for cryptocurrencies, fees are not specified in pips, but are typically 0.01% of the transaction margin as a percentage. During platform testing, our OSINT analysts found that leverage is not disclosed on the website, but is set for currencies and ranges from 1:6 for cryptocurrencies to 1:300 for other assets. 🚩 Such conditions are strictly prohibited for retail traders in all strict Tier-1 and Tier-2 jurisdictions, supporting the argument that unlicensed activity is dangerous for traders.

Before opening a deposit at Solonix.one it is recommended to request information about spreads, swaps and other commissions, and also about terms of withdrawal of funds.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The broker Solonix supports three types of replenishment of the account: transfers of stablecoins to a cryptocurrency wallet in the network Ethereum (ETH network), a bank transfer, but not to its own account, but to an unknown company SYSTEM PAY SERVICES MALTA LTD from Malta and a cryptocurrency transfer Bitcoin through the network of bitcoin.

Unfortunately, as a method of depositing and withdrawing the deposit PayPal is unavailable at this provider.

  • Making of deposits: 2 days and commission of the network + of the broker 7%
  • Withdrawal of funds: 1–4 working days depending on the method
  • Verification: Mandatory KYC (identity card or driver’s license or mobile + confirmation of address), usually 19 hours

Trading Platform

The trading platform client.solonix.one is a browser WebTrader with minimalistic functionality and without a separate mobile application. Expert MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 are not stated, as well as other tools like Ctrader or individual software.

The terminal opens on a subdomain of the main website and offers a section of registration with a form of choosing a country and standard contact fields of email, phone and password.

Further on the general dashboard of WebTrader are shown sections “My Performance” and “My deals”, and for access to the button of trading the user is asked to pass verification KYC through a third-party provider Sumsub and necessarily after this to make a real deposit.

The broker Solonix.one manages the flow of quotes on its chart made through a free widget from TradingView, because this is a closed system “B-book” it is worth being more careful because of manipulation of the platform by the price of assets against your deals.

Although this is not a licensed broker of the world level the terminal implies the presence of multilinguality and available are English, Hungarian, Czech, Turkish, Italian, Spanish, Armenian, Russian, French and Arabic languages. This causes concerns, from our experience most often such a thing is done specially for clients from regions speaking these languages, but as we found out above — this is not quite legal in view of the absence of a broker license allowed in such countries.

Sections “Market news” with quotes of fresh news and events in the terminal are absent, but there is a table “Hours of work of trading markets” — beginners possibly it will impress, but experts know, that this is important for stock brokers, the crypto market on the contrary works 24/7 and the platform does not have access to a real exchange in New York. For this reason this is rather a decorative block for creating the appearance of seriousness of the trading software.

Webtarder Solonix

Summarizing the analyzed — this is a simplified and slightly customized standard browser terminal. In it there are no professional tools for serious trading, copy trading or grid trading are not stated, explicit separation of accounts or a demo-account are inactive, although kind of are promised in marketing slogans on the website. Charts are built on widgets from other platforms, although in the base there are the simplest tools for technical analysis, for example, a ruler or a possibility to draw patterns and lines, but this is far not the level of a real crypto exchange or trading platform. To users it is recommended to show vigilance and understand, that no matter how beautifully sound promises about hundreds of traded assets and profit, in reality here is presented limited functionality and a big risk of machinations from the side of the broker.

Is Solonix.one Safe?

We studied the documents published on the portal of the platform and facts about it, serious arguments speak about the risk of work with the broker. In the language of OSINT and financial compliance this is called “Compliance Theater”.

Due diligence analysis: Solonix corporate group structure showing fragmented offshore entities in UAE, El Salvador, and Costa Rica to evade legal liability.

We rarely meet such a confusing offshore structure indicated on their own website, but the scheme is obvious:

  • Brand and money: in Dubai (UAE).
  • Trading platform of cryptocurrencies: in El Salvador (El Salvador).
  • Processing of fiat/transfers: in Montana (USA).
  • Registration of clients (Onboarding): in Costa Rica.
  • Analytics and signals: in Wyoming (USA).

Here it is also worth adding, as we found out during the test of the deposit and wrote above, that a bank transfer they in general ask to an incomprehensible firm in Malta, about which nowhere is spoken. In what is the catch: If this Solonix steals your deposit, whom will you sue in court? In Costa Rica they will say: “We just registered”. In Montana: “We just transferred the money”. In Dubai: “We just own the trademark”. This structure is created exclusively for that, so that the client could never return his money by legal way.

Loophole “Reverse Solicitation”

Studying the page we found in the section Jurisdictions (EEA / EU) that they write, that they serve Europeans only by the principle Reverse Solicitation (Reverse request).

What this means in reality: They do not have a license of a European regulator (ESMA/MiCA). By the law of the EU they do not have the right to advertise in Europe. “Reverse Solicitation” — this is a legal trick: they force the European client at registration to put a tick, that he “himself found this broker, the broker did not invite him”. This removes from the broker all responsibility before the courts of the EU.

Excuse by the registry of El Salvador (BCR)

In the block about the Central Bank of El Salvador (BCR) they themselves confess, it turns out that in the registry they have the status “PROVEEDOR NO OPERANDO” (The provider does not conduct activity).

They immediately justify themselves: “This does not mean, that we do not have a license, this simply means, that we yet do not collect bitcoins directly”.

Actually, this is a red flag for an auditor: the company formally is listed in the registry, but factually the Central Bank does not see and does not control its operations. And this is a very serious argument in favor of risks of work with the project.

There is no protection for traders from losing their deposits or blocking their accounts in their closed web terminal.

Customer support service

Technical support is provided via email at support@solonix.one in English, with an average response time of 24 hours.

The broker does not provide clients with a mobile phone number or live chat; while a personal manager is promised under certain conditions, that is the extent of the information available at this time.

For the sake of convenience, it might be worth the project adding contact phone numbers and a real-time chat feature—at least within the trading terminal.

About Education

Unfortunately, the CFD broker solonix.one lacks a dedicated learning section; there are no educational materials or an FAQ section with information for investors. While this is not a critical flaw, it is inconvenient for beginners.

Areas for improvement: adding an expert blog featuring fresh, up-to-date guides on the platform and markets would make the service more reputable and transparent.

Our Verdict

Solonix.one is a new participant of the market with an ambiguous background, little fame and although the project kind of has some documents and an offshore license for work with cryptocurrencies, upon deepened studying facts arise about improper activity, manipulations with information and absence of a reliable broker license.

Trading experience here this is an obvious risk in view of high and not advertised fees, and also too exaggerated slogans about tools and functions of the platform. For example, the project very strongly parasitizes on the token XAUT, the whole website is full of words “Swiss storages”, “Audits”, “Standard LBMA”. All this relates to the company Tether, and not to Solonix! The broker directly writes (in small print): “This is a third-party token… Physical gold is issued by Tether, Solonix does not deliver gold”. They take someone else’s reliable product (XAUT) and use its reputation, so that the client would have an association: “Solonix = Switzerland, Gold, Reliability”. In fact Solonix to this gold does not have any relation.

Absurdity of services, the project itself writes: “XAUT is not traded on Solonix. It is not a base currency, not used as margin… This is a custody-only product.”

In what is the catch: Why in a sound mind to transfer your crypto (XAUT) to the account of a shady broker in El Salvador, if with it there nothing can be done? It cannot be sold, it is impossible to buy stocks on it. You can only bring it there and hold.
Any adequate crypto investor will hold XAUT on his personal cold wallet (Ledger/Trezor) or MetaMask, where he fully controls the keys. To give crypto to Solonix “simply for storage” — this is a senseless risk.

Summing up the results of the analysis, we evaluate the platform at 20 points out of 100, it obviously does not suit for beginner investors and carries natural risks, although the website is made modernly and tries by all powers to show its reliability and institutional character.
